.1 Networking Networking is one of the organisation’s important areas of management. Networking means working with local business which helps to increase collaborative opportunities. As a store manager I need to connect with the local organizations online so everything is up to date and your customer have access to the latest version. Organisations that works together effectively have reductions in costs and inventories, together with improvements in speed, customer satisfaction and service levels. In supply chain collaboration efforts, both participants should use the same performance-management system. By building common metrics and targets—and jointly monitoring progress—companies avoid the misaligned incentives that damage so many collaboration efforts. 1.5 Time management; stay on top of deadlines Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity.
